Superfixall is an exceptionally high strength, fast setting, high quality waterproof adhesive developed to bond all types of ceramic tiles, fully vitrified tiles, as well as natural stone, marble, granite and mosiac tiles onto brickwork, cement render and concrete walls and floors. Suitable for both internal, external & tile on tile application.

Installation:
surface preparation : all surface must be clean, dry, free from dust, grease, wax, oil, curing compounds and all other contaminants likely to prevent the adhesive bonding.
concrete should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days and cement render 7 days prior to tiling. A wood float finish is preferred.
Expansion joints:
movement joints should be incorporated in the tile layout.
Mixing:
30 kg. Of superfixall powder requires approx. 7. 2 to 7. 8 litres of water which produces 20. 4 litres of mixed product. Mix superfixall and water in the ratio 3:1 by volume. Add a measured amount of water into a clean container and sprinkle superfixall powder slowly into the liquid with constant stirring. Eliminate lumps. Mix to a thick paste consistency. Allow to stand for 2 minutes then remix. The adhesive is now ready to use.

DAMPEN:
All concrete and cement substrates shall be saturated with clean water before applying Boscolastic waterproof coating.
No free standing water is present during application.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
All substrates shall be sound and free from dust, excess mortar, oil other loose particles.
Cracks or honeycombs shall be repaired using suitable cement mortar.
MIXING:
Empty liquid component in a clean container and slowly add the Powder component whilst stirring using a slow speed (500-600 rpm) electric drill with a suitable paddle. Minimal amount of water may be added to ease application only when necessary. Small amount may be hand-mixed separately. Mix until homogeneous slurry is obtained and make sure that no unmixed power is left at the bottom of the container.

When bostik cwp is applied to a concrete surface the active chemicals combine with the free lime and moisture present in the capillary tracts of the concrete to form an insoluble, crystalline structure. These crystals fill the pores and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete to prevent any further ingress, still allowing the concrete to breathe.

Bostik Seal 'N' Flex 1 is a one component, low modulus, polyurethane elastomeric joint sealant curing via atmospheric moisture to form an elastic and strong weatherproof seal for use in expansion, isolation and construction joints in concrete and masonry structures.
Seal 'n' flex 1 is a low modulus, one component, class a polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50% (+25%) of the original joint width. Seal 'n' flex 1 is virtually unaffected by normal weathering conditions such as rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, ultra- violet radiation, ozone, atmospheric contamination and pollution. Its excellent weatherability enables it to retain its original properties after years of exposure, refer to the csiro rilem long-term sealant durability study dbce doc. 97/196 (m).

Description:
- Epoxy Injection Grout consists of solvent free epoxy resin with low viscous liquid
- hardener. Epoxy injection grout may be placed by free flow under gravity or may be injected using suitable hand or mechanical pump. Grouting of a gap dimensions

Application Procedure:
- Surface Preparation:Ensure that grouting surfaces are free from dust and oil contamination Small gaps may be blown out by using clean dry compressed air Steel should be free of rust and flaking mill scale All work surfaces must be dry
Mixing:
- Add entire content hardener into base
- Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes with slow speed stirrer until to get homogeneous
Placing:
- Pouring Under Gravity: For supporting structures, where epoxy injection grout is being poured under gravity, the use of a grout tight shutter is essential .This may be constructed from timber and sealed using fast set mortar. Apply a mould releasing agent to the form work surfaces which will affect release after the grout has hardened.
Crack Injection:
- Drill and fix suitable injection tubes at approximately 300mm centers along the crack line using fast set mortar for fixing the tubes and facing up the crack. Use low pressure pump to inject mixed grout starting at the lowest point of the crack and work upwards to the highest point sealing off each injection point in turn
- Allow grout to cure for at least 24 hours .Cut off external parts of injection tubes and tools and equipment should be cleaned with solvent prior to grout setting
Storage and Shelf Life:
- Bostik LVEP as supplied shall be stored in a cool and dry place away from sunlight, moisture and high humidity and have a shelf life of 12 months in the original packing.
Health and Safety:
- Bostik LVEP contains organic resins and hardeners which may cause sensitization by skin contact. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapour. In case of contact, wash liberally with water and seek medical advice, if required. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles while handling.
Fire:
- Bostik LV EP is inflammable. No naked flame should be allowed near the site.
- Do not smoke during use.

Bostik cwp is a surface applied, integral crystalline waterproofing material, which waterproofs and protects concrete in depth. It consists of portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a compound of active chemicals. Bostik cwp needs water only to be mixed prior to the
application. When bostik cwp is applied to a concrete surface the active chemicals combine with the free lime and moisture present in the capillary tracts of the concrete to form an insoluble, crystalline structure. These crystals fill the pores and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete to prevent any further ingress, still allowing the concrete to breathe.
Product Uses:
bostik cwp can be applied to all structurally sound concrete - new or old. It may be applied to either the positive or negative sides of the concrete face.
